Arnold Schwarzenegger is back on the cover of Cigar Aficionado magazine

Arnold Schwarzenegger is back on the cover of Cigar Aficionado magazine

Arnold Schwarzenegger will appear on the cover of Cigar Aficionado, the magazine’s editor is really glad that Iron Arny is back. The February 2017 issue will be released on Jan. 10.

Ex-governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger is fronting the third time the cover of Cigar Aficionado magazine. Earlier, the actor appeared already on the cover of Summer 1996 and July/August 2003 issues.

Next year, the host of The New Celebrity Apprentice is the first person to appear on the cover of the magazine three separate times. For the February 2017 cover story, journalist Marshall Fine spent time with Schwarzenegger at Melody Ranch Motion Picture Studio.

Fine also followed along as Schwarzenegger and a couple of pals biked early in the morning from Brentwood to Gold’s Gym in Venice for a daily morning workout. The journalist found out some cigar habits of the Hollywood star. Arnold likes Cuba’s most popular robusto, and he is trying to smoke less.

Schwarzenegger’s love of cigars took root in the 1970s. There are some fun anecdotes on that front from Sylvester Stallone, Danny DeVito and Jim Belushi, as well as highlighting by Schwarzenegger of his smoking habits:

“I very rarely buy a cigar because I get so many as gifts. I don’t keep that many around, maybe 200 at any given time. I used to smoke the extra-long ones,”

Schwarzenegger says.

“I got off them because I smoke less now. Now I like smaller cigars. I like the Partagás [Serie D] No. 4. That’s become one of my favorites. I like some of the non-Cubans, when they’re good. But I love a Cuban cigar when it’s good.”

There is the only one question now: why, despite not voting for Trump, the three-time cover star is committed to working with the 45th President?
