Birmingham shooting at Gate City killing one person and injuring five others. The gunfire erupted in a local public housing community happened at 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, in the 6400 block of Georgia Road.

The shooting happened at Gate City in Birmingham killed one person, other five were injured. According to the Police spokesman Sgt. Bryan Shelton, all six of the shooting’s victims were innocent bystanders. On Sunday evening, the community’s Lewis Park has ended its peace rally, and one hour after the shootings took place.

Birmingham police are investigating the reason for a fatal shooting, officers have not informed on the victim’s name. But friends who tried to save his life after shooting on Georgia Road say his name was Bobby Clayton. The victim’s page on Facebook is full of memories already.
