Senator Mitch McConnell voted for the Bail outs, and has yet to co sponsor SB604 to audit the Fed. As a conservative voter (notice conservative, not republican), I find McConnell on the wrong side of these issues. One thing is for certain, the Republican leadership is way out of touch with the CONSERVATIVE base. I plan to help Rand Paul raise another $million the same day McConnell plans a NY Fundraiser for Grayson.

Glen Beck knowingly spreads lies . He says Obama was not born in America . He says we found WMDs in Iraq . How can anyone feel sorry for a compulsive liar who finds himself the victim of rumors ? He believes blacks are inferior to whites , it is OK to have multiple wives , Jesus lived in Missouri and talked to Native Americans , and it is ok to marry at 15 . I know Ron Paul started the “tea party movement” but hasn’t it been taken over by the Krystol Neocons? Why would any anti-war Y4L folks want to “add another dimension” to them? The economy has been driven into the ground more by a vocal minority of warmongers rather than the clear majority of liberals we have in this country. At least we get some of the money back we give away domestically; the money we give away internationally conspires to compete with us.

I captained a bus from Upper Montgomery Country, Pa.
The nicest, kindest, considerate group of people I have ever had the pleasure to be with. And I would go again in a heart beat. It was a wonderful expirence.
And I just hope that we sent a message, that we’re sick and tired, and we’ve had enough. Congress, Senate, And the Presidency, need to know that we are here, and we care about being lied to, year after year. Enough, all ready!!!

Great post.

My son and I drove from mid-michigan 13 hours to be in DC for 9/12. It was one of the most mind blowing experiences of my life. When we stepped out of the subway to see the sea of humanity already marching down PA ave, I turned to my son and asked, “Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a part of History? Wonder no more.”,

I was amazed at the diversity of the crowd, while at the same time feeling the solidarity. I never spoke to a stranger the whole day.

We’ll be back next year.

I think the explanation that the anti-NRA folks are more vocal than the pro-NRA folks makes sense. Most of the pro-NRA folks that I know are fairly laid back whereas the same cannot be said for those opposed to the NRA.
