Nicolas Sarkozy intends to get back into the politic of France, the former leader of France Republic announced today his presidential comeback bid. Next presidential race 2017 will be hard times for Sarkozy and his wife Carla Bruni.
Sarkozy, a 61-year-old politic, announced his intention to ballot for the presidential post in 2017 election. Current President Francois Hollande is an extremely unpopular person with the lowest rating in France’s history ever. Sarkozy left the Elysee Palace in 2012, but now he’s full of hopes and aspirings about a triumphal comeback.
“I have decided to be a candidate for the 2017 presidential election. I felt I had the strength to lead this battle at a troubled time in our history,”
Sarkozy wrote on his account on a social network.
It’s worth to note that figure of Sarkozy is quite popular in France, his hyperactive and divisive person both loved and loathed among right-wing voters.
The experts say Sarkozy will try to win in the politic fight with another Republicain Alain Juppe. He will be the main Sarkozy’s rival in November primaries of the conservative Les Republicains.
Sarkozy’s desire to run for 2017 presidential election is dictated by his experience and willingness to change the situation, many aspects of it are laying in the foreign politics.
