It wasn’t the first time when this unbelievable device was spotted on DiCaprio’s chest, the hunk was seen with the mechanism under his shirt while strolling through the New York City on Friday and Saturday.

Leonardo DiCaprio gave no comments regarding this circle device under his T-shirts on different days. It is unknown what purpose the device serves, but the 42-year-old did seem to be in good spirits.
