Michael Phelps continues his stunning victorious series and wins the next his Olympic gold in the 200-meter individual medley. It is the fourth time in the row when Phelps stands on the podium.

The best time showed by Michael Phelps is 1:54:66, it allowed him to win hid next gold medal. Unfortunately, his longtime rival Lochte, came fifth and didn’t join Phelps on the podium.

These two athletes, Phelps and Lochte, are dominating in the Olympic Games during last twelve years, but these days in Rio Michael Phelps became a winner. His recent best time in the swimming pool allowed him to become the first swimmer to win the same event in four straight Olympics.

Michael Phelps came in with a time of 1:54:66, the athlete said:

“As a kid I wanted to do something that no one had ever done before and I’m enjoying it. Being able to finish how I won is just something very special to me and this is why you are seeing more and more emotion on the medal podium.”
