Thanks for raising this issue, Luke. I can’t imagine Texas excluding either the Democrats or Republicans from its ballot, but the issue is an important one in terms of how difficult it is for alternative parties to obtain ballot access. Coupled with the presidential debates, it illustrates the bias the American political system has toward alternative choices.
