Giuliani paid his wife for her “services”

Rudy Giuliani paid his wife 125,000 a year for “speech writing”. For those of you who do not know, after 9/11 Rudoulph Giuliani thought it worth while to capitalize on 9/11. Giuliani became a prominent speaker supporting the republican party and George W. Bush’s re-election campaign. Judy and Rudy went around the country making countless PR appearances, during this time was when Judy was getting paid 125,000 a year for her “services.”
This is legal of course, but why then stop paying her right when you decide to make a presidential bid? Wouldn’t you need your speech writers even more? Bad Press? That would be a good reason… It also quite humorous.
