False. In one of his town hall meetings he stated what the fed gov’t could do within the limits placed on it by the organic constitution. Irrelevant, even if true. Provide one link proving this. Even so, what right do you have to “regulate” (interfere with) your neighbor’s business activities? If you have no such individual right, how can you deputize others to interfere with it? If you don’t like a product or service then boycott it and set up a website saying how much you dislike it and use the Web to draw visitors to your pro-consumer site. Let adults/consumers make up their own minds rather than using gov’t violence to interfere with free markets (consenting adults trading voluntarily).

Google the YouTube vids of John Stosel interviewing him where he says people can have any type of relationship they want and call it whatever they like, including “gay marriage.” What he supports is gov’t getting out of marriage altogether. Also, what he opposes is “federal funding” OF abortion, i.e., stealing other people’s money (”taxation”) to pay for something they may find personally unacceptable. Also, he has a right to his own religious or moral views. If he thinks abortion is wrong (after having delivered 4000 plus babies), he has that right as an individual’s doctor.

Prove this by citing one online vid of him saying so. More than likely what he opposes is stealing other people’s money (”taxation”) to pay for anything they personally do not believe in, through “federal funding.” If you believe in such research then set up a website raising funds to do it by having individuals pay for it on a voluntary basis.

False. The “health” (medical) industry is a primarily a “death industry” controlled by drug companies. Current laws empower and enrich them and not those using HMO’s and so forth. What he would do is follow the constitution by gradually getting the federal gov’t out of people’s lives allowing them to make decisions on their own, use whatever doctors they like, and doctors would be free to use whatever therapies they desire, including those that are holistic and which destroy drug company profits.
