What Would Hillary Clinton do if She is Not the Nominee?
What would Hillary Clinton’s choices be if she were not to be the Presidential nominee of the Democratic Party? There are plenty of options including staying in the Senate, where she would be until 2012, unless she decides to take a different path.
Vice President? It is a possibility. There is much talk about should she be offered a spot on the ticket. Another question is would she accept it. The latest word is that Michelle Obama does not want her to be her husband’s running mate. Some of the top elected Democrats, like Senator Kennedy, do not feel that she would be a good Vice Presidential candidate, mostly because of the contentious nature of the campaign.
Senate ? Definitely a possibility. Hillary Clinton already has made her mark on the Senate and her experience and tenure will lead to the position of committee chairman. She has sponsored and co-sponsored many bills and is popular in her adopted home state of New York.
Governor? Very possible. New York Governor David Paterson’s term is up in 2010 and he might not want to run for re-election. Holding the office of governor was not his goal. He wanted to be Senate Majority Leader, but the actions of former Governor Elliot Sptizer catapulted him into the office. If he were to decide not to run, Hillary Clinton would be one of the top contenders.
Cabinet post? Possibly. Secretary of State or possibly Secretary of Health & Human Services where she could work on her health care plan ? Why not?
Private life? Her husband has done very well for himself in the private sector and there is no reason to believe that she cannot do the same. Hillary Clinton would be in great demand as a public speaker and author, and she could make her own schedule. Of Course, working on health care would still be one of her top objectives.
In a letter sent out to supporters this week, she vowed to stay in the race until every single voter has had their say, and there is no reason to believe that she will not do as she says. The more votes she has, the more say she will have at the convention, that is unless she is the one on top. As Yogi used to say “It ain’t over till it’s over.” But even when it is over, it still goes on and it will be interesting to see what direction which ever one of them does not get the nomination takes.

HRC may think she will have a future in the democratic party but she is sadly mistaken. Her latest “HARD WORKING AMERICANS, WHITE AMERICAN” comments will be remembered by all and used against her from this point on.
African-Americans should have known this moment was coming. The Clinton’s are the ones who’s actions created the term, “Sista Soldier Moment”, i.e. injecting race into a campaign in order to curry white votes.
So any predictions that she will be able to gain any support without “EGGHEADS or African-Americans” is probably wishful thinking.
There is one more thing you left off as a possible position. She can head the DixieCrat party. They need a new leader now that Stroum is gone.

It’s time for everyone to face the truth. Barack Obama has no real chance of winning the national election in November at this time. His crushing defeat in Pennsylvania, and loss in Indiana makes that fact crystal clear. His best, and only real chance of winning in November is on a ticket with Hillary Clinton as her VP.
Sen. Obama has zero chance of winning against the republican attack machine, and their unlimited money, and resources without Hillary Clinton. Zero chance.
It is absolutely essential that the democrats take back the Whitehouse in November. America, and the American people are in a very desperate condition now. And the whole World has been doing all that they can to help keep us propped up.
Hillary Clinton say’s that the heat, and decisions in the Whitehouse are much tougher than the ones on the campaign trail. But I think Sen. Obama faces a test of whether he has what it takes to be a commander and chief by facing the difficult facts, and the truth before him. And by doing what is best for the American people by dropping out of the race, and offering his whole hearted assistance to Hillary Clinton to help her take back the Whitehouse for the American people, and the World.
Sen. Obama is a great speaker. And I am confident he can explain to the American people the need, and wisdom of such a personal sacrifice for them. It should be clear to everyone by now that Hillary Clinton is fighting her heart out for the American people. She has known for a long time that Sen. Obama can not win this November. You have to remember that the Clinton’s have won the Whitehouse twice before. They know what it takes.
If Sen. Obama fails his test of commander and chief we can only hope that Hillary Clinton can continue her heroic fight for the American people. And that she prevails. She will need all the continual support and help we can give her. She may fight like a superhuman. But she is only human.
Don’t be fooled by the pledged delegate, and math arguments. Neither candidate has the necessary pledged delegates. The entire delegates counts, and votes from Florida, and Michigan are not even being counted. Plus the democratic caucuses, and primarys have been heavily corrupted by fraud, and vote cheating. The only relevant question now is who can best WIN IN NOVEMBER and take back the Whitehouse for the American people. And the answer is HILLARY CLINTON. Everyone knows that now.

Large numbers of Republicans have been voting for Barack Obama in the DEMOCRATIC primaries, and caucuses from early on. Because they feel he would be a weaker opponent against John McCain. With Hillary Clinton you are almost 100% certain to get quality, affordable universal health care very soon.
But first, all of you have to make certain that Hillary Clinton takes the democratic nomination and then the Whitehouse. NOW! is the time. THIS! is the moment you have all been working, and waiting for. You can do this America. “Carpe diem” (harvest the day). You will have to work together on this and be aggressive, relentless, and creative. Americans face an even worse catastrophe ahead than the one you are living through now.
You see, the medical and insurance industry mostly support the republicans with the money they ripped off from you. And they don’t want you to have quality, affordable universal health care. They want to be able to continue to rip you off, and kill you and your children by continuing to deny you life saving medical care that you have already paid for. So they can continue to make more immoral profits for them-selves.
Hillary Clinton has actually won by much larger margins than the vote totals showed. And lost by much smaller vote margins than the vote totals showed. Her delegate count is actually much higher than it shows. And higher than Obama’s. She also leads in the electoral college numbers that you must win to become President in the November national election. HILLARY CLINTON IS ALREADY THE TRUE DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE!
As much as 30% of Obama’s primary, and caucus votes are Republicans trying to choose the weakest democratic candidate for McCain to run against. These Republicans have been gaming the caucuses, and open primaries where it is easier to vote cheat. This is why Obama has not been able to win the BIG! states primaries. Even with Republican vote cheating help. Except North Carolina where 35% of the population is African American, and approximately 90% of them block voted for him. African Americans are only approximately 17% of the general population.
Hillary Clinton has been OUT MANNED! OUT GUNNED! and OUT SPENT! 4 and 5 to 1. Yet Obama has only been able to manage a very tenuous, and questionable tie with Hillary Clinton.
If Obama is the democratic nominee for the national election in November he will be slaughtered. That is crystal clear now. Because all of the Republican vote cheating help will suddenly evaporate. And the demographics, and experience are completely against him. All of this vote fraud and republican manipulation has made Obama falsely look like a much stronger candidate than he really is.
You will have another McGovern catastrophe where George McGovern lost 49 of 50 states. And was the reason the super-delegates were created to keep that from happening again. Don’t let that happen to the party and America again super-delegates. You have the power to prevent it. The only important question now is who can best win in November. And the answer is HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON. That fact is also now crystal clear.
And YOUNG PEOPLE. DON’T BE DUPED! Think about it. You have the most to lose. As do African Americans. Support Hillary Clinton. She will do her best for all of you. And she will know how to best get it done on day one.
The democratic party needs to fix this outrage. Everyone needs to throw all your support to Hillary Clinton NOW! So you can end this outrage against YOU the voter, and against democracy.
The democratic party, and the super-delegates have a decision to make. Are the democrats, and the democratic party going to choose the DEMOCRATIC party nominee to fight for the American people. Or are the republicans going to choose the DEMOCRATIC party nominee through vote fraud, and gaming the DEMOCRATIC party primaries, and caucuses.
Fortunately the Clinton’s have been able to hold on against this fraudulent outrage with those repeated dramatic, and heroic comebacks of Hillary Clinton’s. Only the Clinton’s are that resourceful, and strong. Hillary Clinton is your NOMINEE. They are the best I have ever seen. Probably the best there has ever been. Maybe it’s time for Hillary to start thinking about switching to an INDEPENDENT run for the presidency. Wipe the slate clean. After all she is running to be the President of all the people. Hillary, Bill, and Chelsea would cream everyone. You know it’s true.

Thank you jacksmith for showing what the Clintonites are made of. Name calling. I am not an idiot. I am a very thoughtful person that votes my conscious and not on who is electable. I know that is kinda old fashioned in the world of the Clinton’s but thats how I am.
The arguments that you provide show all the reasons that HRC voted for the WAR in Iraq. It was the politically correct thing to do. I would have chosen a more moral path myself and not the politically expedient.
So I understand your arguments for HRC and do not think you an idiot. I feel that those who make decisions based on what will help them to be elected versus what is morally correct should not hold public office.
