The new trailer for Inferno — the latest movie in the series started by 2006’s The Da Vinci Code — reveals that Professor Langdon (Tom Hanks) is far more involved with the latest theological threat to humanity than even he knows, thanks to a faulty memory right when he needs it the most.
The character of Tom Hanks will meet with the hell a-lá Dante Alighieri, all the circles of inferno and its underworld reality will be shown to fearless theologist. The screenplay of David Koepp consists of Alighieri’s details plus modern virus threat. This lethal virus is able to wipe out half of all life on the Earth, so Professor Langdon is the only one person who can save the world today. The knowledge is a power!
By the way, in the Director’s chair of this new movie sits Ron Howard, the third installment of the franchise Inferno will be released on October 28, 2016.
