Tom Hiddleston was announced as one of the candidates for the role of James Bond. But not this time, said the Bondiane bosses, according to these Hollywood guys, Tom is “too smug and not tough enough”.

Tom Hiddleston was snubbed over his desire to play 007 agent in the next Bondiane’s episode but movie franchise bosses rejected this option. They deeming Tom too smug, the British actor’s abilities are not perfect for the role of James Bond. Yet. Tom is too intellectual actor – this is obviously, indeed.

Daniel Craig will play 007 one more time, confirmed producer Barbara Broccoli. But The Night Manager star is still considering as a frontrunner to be the next 007, after next one, you know.

Ms Broccoli noted that producers were persuading Daniel Craig to play more Bond movie, the tough British as holding the time and answered after long negotiations.

Daniel Craig will play one more episode as James Bond – sorry, Tom Hiddleston

Having said in 2015 that he’d “rather slash my wrists” than play Bond again, Craig spoke more positively about his future as 007 last year.

Craig was very pleased with how ‘Othello’ went and the great reviews. Now Daniel’s talks with Barbara are going in the right direction. They have a script — screenwriting duo Neal Purvis and Robert Wade are writing and they’ll go into production as soon as Craig is ready to commit.
