• Sen. Larry Craig can now be called former Sen. Larry Craig. This is good news for everybody. The GOP can be especially thankful, but I think the average American is relieved.
• Ron Paul had a great weekend, raising 100,000 and finishing 3rd in the Texas staw poll.
• Mike Huckabee is enjoying national attention after the Iowa straw poll, and is polling reasonably well. He is even polling ahead of John McCain in some polls. Which is a trend I know will continue.
•  Fred Thompson is going to enter the race soon enough so his spotlight will diminish and he will be able to give up. The more time goes by the less likely he is to win.
