From a consumer perspective: Lost my job & company car. Had sprung for XM 3-yr. contract in 2007 for said car. Worst part of losing job (!) was losing XM --until I learned, you can buy a satellite radio inexpensively & transportable - from XM. Downside: XM was so much better--more "drilled down" on exceptional music--than Sirius/XM. I'm almost disappointed to have discovered my cheap alternative. Lose the same old, same old FM radio format (from Sirius)& give us back the more interesting, (like The Verge channel, for ex) XM format. The American road experience is generic enough as it is, without the soundtrack being hackneyed, as well!

I am holding onto my SIRI. I bought in at .06 and hope for the best. I agree that they have been less than forthcoming with the facts, which troubles me. I shake it off and tell myself "that's just big business talkin" or in this not talking. The advertising is a good thing.
You might want to check this link out for your Blackberry.
