The "proposal", for uranium swap for cancer treatment, was from Iran not the "International Community" (I guess Britain France and the US are the International community right?). Although I don't blame anyone that gets their news from BBC, Jew York Times, Fox News, Voice of America, AP, AFP etc etc. etc for being confused. Interestingly, thousands of Iran's cancer patients who need the uranium-derived isotopes are victims of the same handful of countries (Britain, U.S., Germany, France, Russia) who were instrumental in sponsoring Sodom hussiens 1980-1988 arab attack on Iran - they developed cancer from the Europe/U.S-supplied Nerve Gas, Mustard Gas, and other chemical WMDs supplied to the arabs by the west to murder iranians.
