The video on Twitter shows how the Turkish leader, with an easy run, skillfully handles the ball and throws it into the basket. The Turkish leader, before entering politics, played football at a semi-professional level.
Rumors periodically appear in the Turkish media about the deterioration of Erdogan’s health. In early June, journalist Can Atakli wrote on Twitter that doctors were allegedly preparing to perform some kind of surgery on Erdogan in the near future, while the journalist did not specify the diagnosis. The information was officially denied by the administration of the Turkish leader.
During his election campaign, in April, Erdogan felt unwell while giving an interview to local TV channels. The interview was interrupted, after a long pause, the Turkish President returned to the air and said that he had caught the stomach flu. Later, the Center for Combating Disinformation of the Turkish Presidential Administration, amid various rumors, denied reports that Erdogan allegedly survived a heart attack.
