An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.6 was recorded in the Turkish province of Malatya in the southeast of the country, the Disaster Management Authority (AFAD) reports.

According to AFAD, tremors were registered at 09:07 in the Yeshilyurt region.


The source of the earthquake lay at a depth of 7 kilometers.
