Two more arrests over hacks of CIA and FBI staff

The US Department of Justice has arrested two citizens, Andrew Otto Boggs and Justin Gray Liverman are prime suspects now in the case on cyberhacking of the FBI and CIA accounts. These two IT-specialists were part of the “Crackas With Attitude” group blamed for the attacks.

Two hackers who cracked the email accounts of the CIA’s director, the chief of National Intelligence and many others, were arrested. According to Court documents, FBI investigators revealed the important information regarding this case. As a matter of fact, Andrew Otto Boggs and Justin Gray Liverman tricked technical support staff into giving them access to the sensitive email accounts.

Being granted the access to the sensitive FBI data, two hackers from “Crackas With Attitude” group stole and published details of 29,000 FBI and Homeland Security agents and insiders. In April 2016, after the attack the hackers also posed as technicians from service firms to get passwords re-set. Thus, they took over accounts and get at federal computer systems.
