Biden got confused in the lines of the US constitution during his speech

American President Joe Biden confused the beginning of the US constitution with the first phrase of another document – the Declaration of Independence.

“’We the people’ is how our constitution begins…declaration,” Biden said.

There are three fundamental documents in the USA – the US Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.

On August 29, congressmen demanded Biden’s resignation for falling asleep at a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett. Video from the event shows Biden sitting silently and motionless across from Bennett, his eyes closed and his hands folded in his lap.

In the 2020 presidential election, former US President Donald Trump often trolls Biden, calling him “sleeping Joe.”
