US President Joe Biden has left Bali, according to Indonesian media, based on a video broadcast by the Indonesian Ministry of Information.

A video broadcast by the Indonesian Ministry of Information on social media showed a US Air Force plane leaving Denpasar Airport. According to the Indonesian portal Detik.com, US President Joe Biden was on board the plane.

Earlier, Indonesian national army spokesman Gugun Saeful Rahman said in a media statement that the US leader must leave the country on Wednesday afternoon.

“According to the original plan, Biden will leave Bali today at 13:45 local time,” he said.

However, some of Wednesday’s summit events were delayed as some leaders met to discuss urgent matters.

Rahman explained that a number of heads of state will go home after participating in the activities of the second day of the G20 summit.
