“Every time I hear ‘President of the United States’, I look around and say, ‘Where is he?'” the American leader joked.

Joe Biden, who turned 80 last year, has become the oldest US president in history, and critics regularly accuse him of mental decline, citing frequent gaffes and times when he loses his train of thought.
