Brad Pitt said that Angelina has no self-regulating mechanism after she intensified the bitter custody battle. On Thursday, Pitt legally requested to have their divorce proceedings sealed.

Brad has fired back at last, his lawyer team in California Superior Court papers accuses Jolie of releasing details of their temporary custody agreement through her recent court filings in the case.
Brad’s lawyers claim Angelina just ‘exposed’ six children by revealing the names of kids’ therapists and other mental health specialists. Brad’s team believes that such an approach of Angie ‘has no self-regulating mechanism to preclude sensitive information from being placed in the public record.’
As a matter of fact, Jolie, ‘appears to be determined to ignore even agreed upon standards relating to the children’s best interest,’ that’s why the Pitt’s lawyers have asked Judge Richard J. Burdge Jr. to grant a motion sealing the case. On January, 17 the hearing will start.
At the same time, an another source told that Jolie and Pitt had reached an agreement to seal the documents and that Pitt’s papers were unnecessary. But Brad’s team prefers to have some judicial guarantees in this custody battle, they shot back:
“If they’d agreed to that, there would be no need for a hearing Jan. 17.”
