Brad Pitt request to seal divorce documents rejected

Brad Pitt requested a judge to seal the court documents in his custody and divorce proceedings involving Angelina Jolie. On Tuesday, this request has been rejected by a judge.

there’s new turn in the case of divorce of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. The case, which was opened in mid-September, is still going on, but on Tuesday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard Burdge Jr did not rule out sealing specific documents, including those related to the couple’s children.

Brad Pitt was enormously surprised with the divorce paper from Angelina Jolie, two months after, Pitt is still fighting for the joint custody of the couple’s six children, who are aged between eight to 15.

Jolie-Pitt couple were together since 2005 and married for two years before their split in September, this week, the judge said the court ‘recognises privacy rights of minor children and would be guided by what’s in the minor children’s best interest.’

The FBI confirmed Pitt would not be charged with any crime relating to an alleged incident on board a private flight from France to Los Angeles.
