Chelsea Clinton appeared in public on Friday, she delivered a speech in support of her mother. The Variety’s Power of Women event honoured Chelsea Clinton for her work with Alliance for a Healthier Generation, the daughter of an ex-president is working over years to end childhood obesity.
The daughter of Hillary Clinton is the public activist, on Friday she gave a rousing speech that functioned in part as a tribute to her mother who lost the recent presidential election:
“No one’s mother is currently president, but someday, someone’s will be,”
noted Chelsea and added that she is grateful for the example that her mother has always set. Chelsea’s work with Alliance for a Healthier Generation aimed at the reduction of the childhood obesity,
“If you care about equity or economic justice or gender equality,” Clinton said, “you have to care about childhood obesity,”
Clinton said.
The public activist stressed in her speech that the understanding what a healthy meal choice is should not be a luxury in 2017 in the United States.
When Chelsea said her ‘No one’s mother is currently President, but someday someone’s will be’ people concluded she is going to be the next Clinton who is ready to go to the politics. Another young and passionate Democrat will be the real treasure for the American Democrats.
