Doctors expressed concern about the health of the British Queen

Queen Elizabeth II has been placed under medical supervision, Buckingham Palace announced on Thursday.

A statement from the press service of the British royal family indicates that doctors are concerned about the state of health of the monarch, therefore they recommended that she be under medical supervision. Details about the patient’s condition are not given.
According to the report, the Queen is resting in the private Scottish residence of British monarchs – Balmoral Castle and “feels comfortable.”

In April, Her Majesty turned 96 years old. The Queen’s husband Prince Philip Mountbatten, Duke of Edinburgh, died a year earlier at the age of 99.
