Finland will send specialists to the UK to train the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Ministry of Defense of Finland will send its specialists to the UK to participate in the training program for the Ukrainian military, the press service of the Finnish Defense Ministry reports.

“Finland will send about 20 troops to the UK to participate in the training program for the Ukrainian armed forces. The training program is led by the UK, which has asked for support from partner countries. According to the UK, the goal of the program is to provide basic military training to up to 10,000 Ukrainian volunteers. The program will take place during this year,” the statement said.

Earlier, Finland sent about 10 military aid packages to Ukraine, the composition of which was not disclosed.
