India has successfully tested the Angi-Prime, a ground-launched medium-range ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.

The missile was launched on Friday from a firing range on the coast of Odisha.

Reportedly, this is the third launch of Agni-Prime, a two-stage solid-propellant ground-to-ground missile with a flight range of 1,000-2,000 kilometers. Earlier, as noted, the rocket was tested in June and December 2021.
