The Kyiv city administration announced that the Kiev metro will increase the intervals of trains from November 1 to 10 minutes.

“During peak hours, the interval between trains will be 4-5 minutes, and during inter-peak hours – 8-10 minutes. Specialists constantly monitor passenger flows at Kyiv metro stations. Depending on these indicators, they adjusted traffic schedules and increased the intervals between trains. Very it is important that such a mode of operation of the metro will make it possible to consume electricity more economically,” the message on the administration’s Telegram channel says.
