Russian Klyushin in America charged with cybercrime

According to Klyushin’s lawyer Maxim Nemtsev, a jury in a court in the American Boston found Russian Vladislav Klyushin guilty of cybercrimes.

The founder of the M13 IT company is accused by the US authorities of insider trading in securities based on stolen and non-public information with the participation of several accomplices. Klyushin was arrested in Switzerland and extradited to the States. He does not admit his guilt.

“He was found guilty,” Nemtsev said.
