Szijjarto criticized Kuleba’s invitation to a meeting of NATO foreign ministers

Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto saw the invitation of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba to the NATO ministerial meeting as undermining the unity of the alliance.

“The one-and-a-half-day meeting of NATO foreign ministers begins. The invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine violates the principle of unity of allies within NATO, but we take part in the meeting as a sign of constructiveness,” the politician wrote on social networks.

At the same time, Szijjarto stressed once again that Hungary will support any integration attempts by Kiev only if Ukrainians return the rights that they had before 2015 to Transcarpathian Hungarians.
