It is specified that the level of gas in the largest storage facility in Germany – in Reden – is 91.41%.

The regulator added that gas consumption in Germany against the backdrop of warm weather in the week of October 17-23 was significantly below the average consumption level over the past four years due to temperature – it was 2.5 degrees above the average annual rate of 2018-2021.

At the same time, the regulator reiterated the importance of saving gas. It is clarified that the shortage of gas in the country in winter can be avoided if, among other things, we continue to fulfill the task of saving energy at a level of at least 20%.
