The Italian embassy said there were no cases of cancellation of visas for Russians

In Italy, there were no cases of cancellation of Schengen visas for Russians.

“We do not have any information confirming the truth of these allegations,” the diplomatic mission said in a statement.

So the diplomatic mission commented on the information that appeared on social networks about cases of cancellation of visas of Russians in the Schengen zone countries.

Earlier, on Tuesday, Estonian Prime Minister Kaya Kallas announced the need to stop issuing tourist visas to Russians to enter the European Union. She pointed out that visiting Europe is a privilege, not a human right.

A day earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in an interview, also called on Western countries to close entry for Russians. He suggested that the citizens of the Russian Federation should “live in their own world until they change their philosophy.”
