The message reports that Italian Justice Minister Carlo Nordio ordered an inspection after the escape from house arrest of the son of the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Artem Uss.

“The decision to replace the measure of detention with house arrest, including an electronic bracelet, is being studied. Thus, a clash is brewing between the government and the judiciary, in particular the Milan Court of Appeal, which, on the one hand, allowed the extradition of Artem Uss, and on the other, relaxed restrictions on him,” the message says.
