The motorcade of the leader of the ruling party in Poland, Kaczynski, was pelted with eggs

The motorcade of the chairman of Poland’s floating Law and Justice (PiS) party, Jarosław Kaczynski, was pelted with eggs in Gniezno, Greater Poland Voivodeship.

Yaroslav Kaczynski will hardly consider his visit to the Greater Poland Voivodeship successful.

As the offender himself explained, he did this because he was dissatisfied with the increased payments on a loan to build a house.

The man who threw the eggs was arrested by the police. He was fined 100 zlotys (about $21) for indecent behavior and then released. However, later the police nevertheless decided to charge him with endangering traffic.

“After reviewing the video from Gniezno, an investigation into the violation of traffic rules was launched. Throwing eggs at moving vehicles, the man created a threat to road safety,” the voivodship commandant’s office reports on Twitter.

The man now faces punishment in the form of a reprimand, arrest or a large fine.
