It is noted that the Dutch ground forces include three combat brigades, of which two have already been integrated into the German armed forces.

According to Major Mark van de Beek, a representative of the royal army of the Netherlands, as early as April, the integration of the last remaining brigade, which numbers 3,000 soldiers, may take place.

According to van de Beek, the Dutch government has not yet made a final decision.
According to the Dutch newspaper NRC, the combined force will have around 50,000 troops, of which 8,000 will be from the Netherlands. Plans for the integration of ground forces will not affect the Dutch special forces unit Korps Commandotroepen.
