The speaker of the Hungarian parliament announced the loss of the EU in the conflict in Ukraine

The European Union can already be considered the losing side in the conflict in Ukraine, regardless of who wins it. This was stated by the Speaker of the Hungarian Parliament Laszlo Köver at the opening of the bell of national unity in Pilishcsab.

“Today, the European Union is already considered a loser, regardless of which directly belligerent side on the war fronts declares itself the winner,” he said.

Koever accused the EU of failing to prevent hostilities in Ukraine and restore peace through diplomacy, and also noted that under “external control” European countries act contrary to basic economic interests.

“Non-European interest groups and private forces doom the European Union as a whole and each individual EU member state to military vulnerability, political subordination, economic and energy incapacity, financial indebtedness, robbery and social disintegration,” said the speaker of the Hungarian parliament.
