Trump allowed the signing of a peace agreement with Iran in two or three days

US President Donald Trump has allowed the signing of a peace agreement with Iran in the coming days.

“We are in the final stages of what will become a very, very good deal that will not allow (Tehran) to have nuclear weapons in any form or in any form. And the Strait of Hormuz will be opened immediately. It will open immediately after the signing, which may happen in two or three days,” he told reporters at the plane ramp after attending the NBA game in New York.

The head of the White House added that he would not like to resume attacks on Iran. In his opinion, the naval blockade of Iranian ports proved to be more effective than bombing.

A week ago, Tehran accused Washington of violating the truce, including over the IDF attacks on Lebanon.

At the same time, Trump announced the continuation of negotiations with Iran. After a conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and representatives of the Hezbollah movement, he announced that they would cease fire.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi had previously stressed that the parties were studying the texts of the agreement they had exchanged and working on the final wording.
