Former US President Donald Trump remains on the Truth Social social network he founded, and also wished good luck to the American billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk, who completed the purchase of the Twitter social network.

“I’m staying at Truth. I love her more, I like the way she works. I like Elon, but I’m staying at Truth,” he said.

“I wish him (Musk) the best of luck. I hope he gets through this,” Trump added.

Trump said he felt “safe” and “at home” at Truth Social.

At the same time, the ex-president doubted the success of Twitter without his presence in this social network.

“I don’t think Twitter can be successful without me,” he said.

On Friday, amid reports of the purchase of Twitter by billionaire Elon Musk, Trump said he was very pleased that the social network was now in the hands of sane people.

Trump previously said that he would not return to Twitter, even if he was offered to restore a blocked account, the ex-president intends to use his own social network Truth. The 45th President of the United States was blocked from mainstream social platforms after he refused to admit defeat in the 2020 election, and his supporters stormed the Capitol.
