UAE to host military drills on Wednesday

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) troops will take part in a security military drill starting on Wednesday.

The top military officials confirmed that the national troops are taking part in the exercises, which will be accompanied by the movement of military units and helicopters.

To avoid misunderstandings, the public has been asked not to film the operation in Ras Al Khaimah. Additionally, people were warned to make way for police units in the Wadi Al Baih area, authorities said.

The military drills, which is being run by the Ministry of Interior, will take place between 8am and 11am. The local residents should also avoid the site of intensive activity, The National reports.
