Biden and the Danish prime minister discussed aid to Ukraine, including weapons and training.

US President Joe Biden and Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen discussed assistance to Ukraine, including arms supplies and training, as well as strengthening security within NATO, at the last talks, the White House said.

“Leaders discussed unwavering assistance to Ukraine… President Biden welcomed Denmark’s significant security assistance to Ukraine and its leadership role in training Ukrainian pilots,” the statement said.

In addition, Biden and Frederiksen discussed common “efforts as NATO allies and close partners to enhance transatlantic security that will be further enhanced” through a bilateral defense cooperation agreement.
