The G7 members, concentrating on helping Ukraine, pushed aside many other tasks, German Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock told reporters.

According to her, over the past months, the participants in the meetings of the G7 countries have focused on the topic of helping Ukrainians.

“Yes, and for this we quite consciously pushed aside many other tasks…” Burbock said following the meeting in Munster, recalling that billions of dollars of assistance has been provided in the humanitarian, financial and military spheres in recent months.

The informal G7 club includes Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Canada, France, Japan and the USA. The Foreign Ministers of the G7 countries met in Münster, Germany, located in North Rhine-Westphalia, to discuss the consequences of the Russian special operation in Ukraine for two days, November 3 and 4.
