Chinese President Xi Jinping has invited King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia to visit China, Saudi state television Al-Ekhbariya reported.

“The Chinese leader invited the custodian of the two holy places, King Salman, to visit China,” the channel said.

Chinese President Xi Jinping is on a state visit to Saudi Arabia from December 7 to 10. During the visit, the parties signed an agreement on a comprehensive strategic partnership. The Chinese leader will attend the first China-Arab Summit and the China-Gulf Cooperation Council Summit in Riyadh.
