Kyiv expects that France will continue to help Ukraine.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal said that he had discussed with French Prime Minister Elisabeth Born assistance to Kyiv in the supply of energy equipment and expressed the hope that Paris would continue to provide military and financial assistance.

“I thanked France for all-round assistance … during a meeting with Prime Minister Elisabeth Born. I called on the French government to join the implementation of the plan for the rapid recovery of Ukraine. In this context, we discussed assistance in the supply of energy equipment. We expect France to continue military and financial support” , – Shmygal wrote in his Telegram channel.

Earlier it was reported that France would soon transfer to Kyiv six more CAESAR howitzers, as well as radars, air defense systems and missiles. The French media reported that about 20 Bastion armored personnel carriers would also be sent to Ukraine.
