Huge queues of trucks have accumulated on the Polish border with Ukraine and Belarus, Michal Derus, a representative of the Lublin tax chamber, told reporters.

“On Saturday, about a thousand trucks stand in Dorohusk to leave Poland for Ukraine, which means 45 hours of waiting,” he said.

According to the tax representative, there is no queue of trucks on the Ukrainian side.

At the same time, during the last night shift at the border crossing in Dorohusk, 640 trucks were issued in both directions.


About 400 trucks are waiting to leave for Ukraine through the border crossing in Khrebennoye – the queue is 25 hours. On the Ukrainian side, there are 60 cars here, that is, six hours of waiting to enter Poland. During the last shift, a total of 242 trucks were registered at this crossing.


According to the tax chamber, on Saturday, about 900 trucks are waiting to leave Poland at the Koroschin border crossing on the border with Belarus, and the waiting time in line is about 30 hours. It is noted that there is no queue in the opposite direction. During the night shift, 639 trucks were registered in both directions at this only active freight crossing with Belarus.
