Duterte criticized the UN, called the organization as inutile one, and lashed at U.S. police killings of black men. The tragic anti-drugs campaign left hundreds of suspects dead behind.

Duterte, among the others acts of the US, remind of Aleppo and that missile-struck, which cost many lives of civilian. The President explained his harsh position by an inability of both UN and the US to stop this bloody internal armed conflict in Syria.
Mr. Duterte noted that it’s time for China and African nations to form another body instead of giant and over-bureaucratized UN.
