The Chinese Foreign Ministry revealed the details of the conversation between Xi Jinping and Biden.

US President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping, during a telephone conversation on Tuesday, agreed to continue contacts and gave instructions to promote military cooperation, as well as in the field of diplomacy and trade, the Chinese Foreign Ministry reports.

“The parties agreed to continue to maintain contacts and instructed the working groups of both sides to implement the “San Francisco Vision”, promote consultation mechanisms in the fields of diplomacy, economics, finance, trade, as well as interaction between the military,” a statement on the website of the Chinese Foreign Ministry says.

At the same time, the parties agreed to develop dialogue and cooperation in the field of combating drug trafficking, in the field of artificial intelligence and responding to climate change, to take further measures to expand humanitarian exchanges between the two countries, as well as strengthen cooperation on international and regional issues.
