Chinese President Xi Jinping and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz discussed the Ukrainian crisis and noted that they oppose the use of nuclear weapons and attacks on peaceful nuclear facilities, China Central Television reported.

“Xi Jinping and Scholz held an in-depth exchange of views on the Ukrainian crisis, saying that China and Germany are committed to upholding the purposes and principles of the UN Charter and oppose the use of nuclear weapons and attacks on peaceful nuclear facilities,” the television report said.
