The British Minister of Defense visited Kyiv

British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace visited Ukraine and met with Volodymyr Zelensky, Zelensky’s press service reported.

“I am grateful to Minister of Defense Ben Wallace and his team for this visit, as well as to the UK in general, the government, the Prime Minister for their help,” Zelensky said in a message on his Telegram channel.

Earlier, Wallace said that London, after warnings from the Russian Federation, would not abandon plans to supply Ukraine with M270 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), the transfer of which was coordinated with the United States. He also announced the UK’s intention to supply guided projectiles with a range of up to 70 kilometers for these systems.
