Congress continues to support Ukraine, Biden said.

The U.S. Congress, following the midterm elections, maintains sufficient support for the allocation of financial assistance to Ukraine, U.S. President Joe Biden said on Thursday, stressing that now is “not the time” to turn away from Kyiv.

“Now is not the time to move away (from supporting) Ukraine, not the time at all. During the last elections, we had a lot of discussions about whether the new composition (of Congress) is going to continue to support Ukraine. I still think that there is enough support left” , Biden said in an interview with reporters from the White House pool.
