Mexico reacted negatively to the exclusion of Russia from international organizations

Mexico’s ambassador to Moscow, Norma Pensado, said that Mexico opposes the exclusion of Russia from international organizations.

“Mexico has not joined the sanctions and opposes Russia’s expulsion or suspension of membership in international organizations,” she said.

At the same time, she stressed that Mexico City strongly condemns Moscow’s actions in Ukraine.

In order to find a peaceful solution to the conflict, “Russia must be represented at the negotiating table,” Pensado concluded.
